After following up with the insurance desk adjuster consistently, Back to the present, I just got off the phone with their "Director" of special insurance case, whatever that means, where we've had a pretty combative conversation where I get the feeling that he was fishing for something and I said as much to him.

However it seems that some states are very strict about people who assign contracts and often come after them for practicing without a license(Ohio specifically).

That said, please be sure to follow forum rules and not solicit in the forums outside marketplace or spam via the message system, both of which are against the terms of service here.Based on your initial post, it sounds to me like you have more to offer than most so in my opinion, you have a better chance since you have the skill set AND some skin in the game!

Also, 20% of federal taxes had to be withheld from the distribution, and Form 945 had to be filed by January 31 of the year following the distribution. 

I'm assuming the following should all be in the name of the LLC and not me as an individual: -contract with property manager-insurance policy on house-any utilities I continue to pay for (so, for instance, checks to the gardeners / pool guy should come from the LLC) Anything else I might be forgetting?
