I have been working at a NYC engineering firm for over a year. 

She's in Charlotte, but runs a virtual tax strategy firm.

I’ve always had a love for and been surrounded by real estate - my mom is still a residential agent in Delray Beach, while my father was a handyman then project manager for a GC/construction management firm out of Miami focused on multi-million dollar SFHs.

Seller says they have no permits, but seller is still firm on this being a legal 3 family home.

This is going to sound really petty, and I would strongly discourage people from using the big tax prep firms (HR Block, Jackson Hewitt come to mind immediately). 

The devastation to the travel industry wrought by the Covid-19 pandemic continued to hold Los Angeles International Airport in its grip in May (June & July are not released yet).

So many of the larger complexes have been snapped up by the bigger firms and that puts pressure on the small stuff too. 

We are a fully integrated real estate investment and development firm so I have done everything the past 3.5 years from origination, acquisitions, construction, and asset management with the help of contractors and subcontractors.I need to free up time  to continue running the job sites under construction and increase our pipeline but do not feel I am at a place to hire someone full time just yet.

I am a firm believer that the best time to invest in now.

The key is to identify a top firm and get your foot in the door then do way more than you're paid to do, offer to help out on projects or teams above your job description.
