I went to my first auction recently and was very confused because the properties that were auctioned were not the properties that the county had listed on the "Trustee Sale" on their website.

There aren't many duplexes on MLS right now and as I'm getting acquainted with the assessors office website I'm thinking about sending out direct mail.

I set up a headshot, started a website and made some business cards and have already seen an improvement of my networking.

Go to the county website, each day, or week, and pull the NEDs for that day/week.....for FREE.

@Richard Beatty  interesting,  When i went to the Mass Housing website i noticed "MassHousing Mortgage with No MI"  So, with what you're saying, typically i could get an interest rate of 3.5% but with Masshousing no MI, i'd more than likely have an interest rate of probably 5%?

Since then, I have used a websites, Yelp (OK not perfect) and Nextdoor.com to find handymen, cleaners, landscapers, etc....
