However,  I would encourage him to meet some property management companies before leaving since Milwaukee market is not the same as Lincoln market.

When I get there, I'll be attending any and all auctions and RE meetings I can find to hopefully connect with buyers that way I'll have a good list of customers and their criteria before I ever go out looking for my first deal.

When I last did an increase (of a mere $30), I explained that taxes and insurance went up (my mortgage payment really did increase by about $30 too).And as long as you are providing her with a great customer service and housing, then you should be fine and she should still me happy.

Think like your ideal renter... what would they like (think what your customer wants...).
