Engineering quotes were outrageous for creating the plan and if I understand correctly I don't think they are rocket science.The founder of Spanx was able to figure out a way to write her own patents, so I'm hoping I can figure out how to create my own storm water management plan for putting down a basic gravel pad.Thanks everyone!

John Sanderson , you are correct about what “notarizing a document” is for, which is why I suggested that to the OP after the very first commenter here pointed out that documents can be falsified.Someone else suggested having the prospective tenant go to the county’s tax website to verify the property owner’s identity.

Brought in a number of concrete contractors and they all asked were they at the correct address, because the sidewalk they were looking at (my property) did not look bad at all, but the one next door (owner occupied) was in terrible shape.
