I think it is finally starting to really turn around.The little corner near Foster and Holgate is starting to be fully occupied with businesses and I can walk to get coffee or food from my apartment which is great.I do hope to stay in SE, I think there is a lot of opportunity in FOPO and even going a little bit further south to near Johnson Creek.

So looking outside HRM seems to offer better opportunities for cash flow but my concern is more on the marketability (can I resell quickly if I have to) and slow appreciation in smaller towns.Maybe we could get a coffee at some point and share notes/ideas as we're both going through the same process and perhaps helping each other out would be mutually beneficial (win-win)?
