Hi, my New and I want to buy my 1st douplex and house hacking too, I went to one of the First one buying class, they give you a certificate, they’re basically educated newbies about the awareness when you get your 1st property the good and bad, they have some lenders came over and talk about grant you can be qualified for, the M&t bank offer $7500, every dollar you put they will match with $4 you can only used for the down payment, you have to creat an account and add money in it for 10months.
