There was some issue with the new central A/C and when we were there checking on things the tenant said- "strange thing, when I got home from work the other day there was a small pool of water a couple feet from the kitchen island.Strange we though, could it have been condensation from a ceiling vent?

The kitchen and bathrooms will be remodeled, each bedroom will have Ceiling fans and a new Central Heat and Air Conditioning System, and Water Heater.

It is huge with over a 25 foot ceiling.

You could also explore putting in ceiling fans and screens on the windows.

It seems to me depending on your flooring material you may be able to open the floor up in a turning unit versus going downstairs and working on the ceiling in an existing Unit.

we had a tree fall in our backyard of our rental and caused some multiple issues/ roof damage, railing and stairs,  inside the ceiling that got hit may need replacing and some of the floor.My question is should we use one GC to fix this all or segregate some of the job for vendors we like.
