Segregate repair job or go with GC?
Hello big pocket people!
we had a tree fall in our backyard of our rental and caused some multiple issues/ roof damage, railing and stairs, inside the ceiling that got hit may need replacing and some of the floor.
My question is should we use one GC to fix this all or segregate some of the job for vendors we like. I Have 2 roofers I’ve used that I’d like to give some business to, but also have a GC for the inside work we’ve been loyal to as well.
also should we try another GC out for a spare or stay with one we have worked with as long as his bid is competitive?
thanks for your input.
