So many renters change shower heads (and leave them behind when they move), and take out the water restrictors.Lock change, I would just get the 2nd key's from her.Cigarettes in the garage with the door cracked...would not bother me as long as they did not end up on the floor.Is the B&E boy in the Pokey?

Looking at the fact this was a partnership, it is likely the other members of the partnership will receive the assets.Trust me, probate lawyers already have a plan for asset disposition and random outsiders are just a bother to them… a lot like telemarketer calls are for you.

Multiple properties seem to cash flow well, I just can't make myself stop worrying about little things like: (bad tenant, getting sued, negotiating, bothering my realtor, how finished the property is, am I getting taken, etc. etc. etc....)
