For example, for things like beds, you can cut down on weight by using two box-springs stacked instead of a box-spring and mattress (it's also MUCH cheaper this way). 2) Buy the smallest furniture you can find.

If i need something, i just simply ASK and i am very truthful. i also have some more website ideas, but i have trouble even getting my domain ideas registered because of my financial situation. i am also, trying to get www.talenttowne.com up and running too, but i do not even have the money to purchase a "script" that powers the website and all the free ones out there always have these silly catches to them and never even operate correctly. you see i just came out of a HUGE online pharmaceutical business and i used to make good money with that, but the laws drove me right away from that. so i am just trying to start over anew. the money doesn't even have to come to me. i just need a shopping cart for lotions, tanning supplies, salon supplies, and maybe even beds. but for now just simple things.

Looking at the Hud site for houses, and found several that would say 2 bed, 1 bath- then look at the attached report which has 3 bed, 2 bath- zillow says 2/1, Zilby shows 3/1- all on the same property.I realize that Z&Z are only guidelines, but it is kinda hard to figure out "value" when they can't agree on the number of toilets in the place.

If you're looking to make a lump sum using those reserves I would suggest moving into the rehabbing business.Find a 3 bed 2bath owner occupied property in a good family neighborhood.
