Zillow, Zilby & HUD site- all disagree?
Looking at the Hud site for houses, and found several that would say 2 bed, 1 bath- then look at the attached report which has 3 bed, 2 bath- zillow says 2/1, Zilby shows 3/1- all on the same property.
I realize that Z&Z are only guidelines, but it is kinda hard to figure out "value" when they can't agree on the number of toilets in the place. Is this common for others? That even the HUD site doesn't know what they have? If so, how do you proceed?
