Help on buying some properties
I am getting a little overwhelmed here. My wife and I drive around in the neighborhoods we want to have rentals and we see many foreclosures. Some of these are listed on the Internet and some are not. This looks like a great time to pick up inventory, but I know there are many other REI out there who have probably passed on these same houses. This makes me worry I will get stuck with a lemon cash draining house.
What search criteria do you all use? How do I filter these? There are some nice homes between $10 K - $25K and I am suffering from analysis paralysis.
