I'm looking to actively search the market starting in June or July. 

Using a combination of assessment data, google street view, count GIS mapping information, and old MLS listings I can usually make a fairly quick screening of each property before going to do a drive-by.

welcome,  i think you might be able to search for realtors or agents who are in your area but are also active here on BP, try connecting with them and they will be able to point you to where you can find the meetup info for your area.

While it may (or may not) pick correct comps as far as square footage, beds, and baths, I doubt it knows neighborhoods--sometime just crossing the street makes a huge difference--or condition. 

It has active termite contract with Terminix.

@Cam Jimmy  I believe you can only borrow from the 401k where you're actively working.Keep in mind if you suddenly lose your job, or even if you want to change jobs, the amount borrowed becomes due and payable.

What attracted me to Charlotte most was the quality of life, we absolutely the love the friendly people & all the outdoor activities.

I keep my Real Estate investing activities contained within an LLC for accounting, and liability purposes.
