Hi All,

I'm new (ish) around here and finally decided to listen to the podcast instructions and introduce myself.  I've already had a handful of posts and great replies from local Minneapolis investors and others from out of state.  I appreciate the support and help of this community.

I currently own one rental property that is 1 side of a twin home acquired through an off market deal through some dumb luck (asked a co worker about his house once just for an understanding of no association, and he called me 3 months later and asked me if I wanted to buy his, he was moving across country).

Anyway, looking to learn from the community, provide any help I can to the community, find more properties, preferably small multi family and want to buy about 1 property a year unless/until opportunity allows for more. Heading to my first Minnesota REIA Group this weekend to learn about Notes, and consider joining as a member.

Thanks for reading, and for any help in the future.

Welcome, Mitch.  I'm newish as well and have found BP to be a great resource to network with local investors.  I'm focused on acquiring small multifamily property in the immediate future, and note investing is a strategy that I am exploring for the future.
