I would suggest reading Simon Sinek books or videos on YouTube to get a better understanding of this concept.Second, as a high school or college student, your funds will be limited.

Locals know what works and where.I suggest you watch you tube videos (dozens and more) on subject to, wholesaling lease options, buy other creative financing books.Its ok to pay for education!!!!
