Or you could attend a local REIA meeting and meet some investors in person and/or present your deal there. 

I think he just likes to attend the college parties still ( LOL ) 5 year lease with college and they have right to renew after 5 years then sold as separate condo units.

I've googled and found some that are interesting on meetup, but just want to get other peoples opinions who may attend or have previous experience in going to some of the DFW REIAs.

I regularly attend COREE meetings on the first Tuesday of the month.
