How To Find Buyers For Huntington Beach, CA Area

Hello Everyone:

I am a newbie at BP.  I would like to ask the question: How do I ready buyers, as I get ready to find properties for wholesaling, in my area, Huntington Beach, CA.  However, I could probably look for investors anywhere.

I believe in having a ready buyer list, so that when I find properties, I will either be able to wholesale them simultaneously or as soon as possible.

Any thoughts on the subject?  Thank you for your help.
