I invest in Louisville and southern Indiana metro-Louisville area.

You may find it interesting to note that I talked with someone that is in Southern California that does a lot of investing in the Cleveland area and he was actually on a BP Podcast last year and when I spoke to him by phone he told me who does his Property management out there.

A lot of the contractors you will be looking for will be in very localized, so having someone in the western burbs won't be helpful if you want to invest in the southern burbs, etc. 

I have 2 properties just across the river in Southern Indiana, and I'm looking to add SFH to the portfolio.

Any meets in Southern Alabama I would be very interested in attending.

However, finding a SFH or multi family property at a good price in the San Diego / Southern California market looks like it will be challenging.

I am not in southern Wisconsin but I am a newbie in Northern Wisconsin near Wausau and Stevens Point area, I would love to message you guys and have a conversation.
