Hi Jennifer,

I am a property management professional/ leasing agent in the Wisconsin market

South Eastern WI is a great place to have on your radar including but not limited to Milwaukee

The Eastside of MKE has great upside if you are interested in college based neighborhoods. 53202, 53211, 53212

Much of the demographic in these areas are young professionals/ graduates once you get a few blocks outside the UW campus

Out of the 100+ units we manage in the above zip our average length of stay is between 3-5 years with consistent rental increase due to the demand.  On time payments through the pandemic have been over 98% in these areas.

Feel free to respond here or DM directly, send some addresses and id be happy to share current market rent rates
