Hi All,

My partner is new to the game but has FINALLY shown interest in buying our first househack in Los Angeles.  I am looking for any podcast that highlights a couple that bought and househacked a property in Southern California. Our goal is to buy a duplex and rent out half as a midterm rental. Please help!  Thank you

 I work as a realtor locally and have a podcast that covers local updates, has guests on that talk about many different aspects of investing and had a contractor on from your area that focuses on ADUs. It might help, the podcast link is in my bio.
