Also I forgot to point out, I was living with my folks before I moved in so that allowed me the flexibility.  

The question is entirely dependent on your criteria and if you are seeking A, B, or C class subdivisons. 

I am also new to investing and seeking propertied to invest in as well.

Sometimes you have to be flexible on the tactics and inflexible on the goal.

I was leaning towards declining the deal even before writing the post but I figured it’d be smart to seek more advice.Regarding the car loans.

BP community,I am not discouraged but also find myself probably in the same situation as many who are starting out and seeking advice to get some traction.I don't have enough cash (yet) to make cash offers, so I keep losing out on the offers I put out.
