Hi BP,

Long-time learner from the podcast, books, and videos. I am beginning 2022 as an investor officially, beginning with a 4plex and I am currently on the hunt for a property to house-hack (and brrr!). Looking to connect with other folks across the BP network to learn from and offer whatever help I can to as well!
