In short you can but it will be better for a pro and should cost you close as if you did it with less liability,jeff hit the nail on the head we do demo and I am a contractor and alot of things that the average person does not take into account lead and hazard waste etc utilities etc permit.

We're talking a run down area with convenience stores, cell phone stops, T-shirt shops, nail salons and even a dreaded store front church (I remember an Urban Planning professor describing store front churches as an indicator that the commercial value was in the lowest tier).

IMOA wholesaler got nailed in a specific performance suit dealing with or through a buyer's attorney, basically set the wholesaler up to fail as they constructed the contract, just saying that you should see an attorney and/or title company before you go further. :)

Buying local is nice as it is 2 1/2 hours to the nearest big store, but $60 per case of roofing nails versus $25 regular price at Menards was a no brainer.
