I am from Canada and just found some properties in upstate NY that im interested in looking into there potential and such..

Although I cant look at the places in person or meet up withanyone because its so far away, what are the tricks about doing across country deals? Where do i find a middle man? Whats the whole process? Im looking at rentals so i will need to find property managment and what else?

Any other things I could know?Who do i contact first?
