@Diane G.Although I'm in Brooklyn, NYC, I thought I would share my experience on a re-rental I had done for a Move in Date of May 1st.In late March, just a week before the lockdown, I placed an ad for a 1 Bedroom Garden Apt in Brooklyn's Bed-Stuy neighborhood for $2,450.

The best places to purchase these appliances would be Costco, Home Depot, etc; honestly any place that gets you a great deal.

The cost for the trailer was about $5200 and he has every batter-operated tool Home Depot sells plus other 110v tools.

I sold my Commercial lots on Dale Mabry and Interbay last year and paid Cash for a 1500 sq. foot, 3/3 Townhome with one car garage and pool in the 17 unit Community on the North side of Hwy 60, behind the Home Depot in Valrico.

Can you  imagine how many more deals we could do.Home Depot kitchen cabinets, countertops, sinks, faucets, backsplash, and a slight staging to that house that flows from the entry to the back door. 

This is just one of the exciting things going on in the area, Home Depot just started construction on a long-awaited store in San Tan Valley.
