I've been to multiple seminars and have read plenty of books on Real Estate Investing and so far what I have seen here is very powerful and I luv this BP community :D I am interested in REO Wholesaling but I figure for me to get over the hump I would like to maybe joint venture or be mentored like one of the success stories I just read on here..lol :mrgreen: Other than that I am open to any ideals or comments that you may have to create another successful investor here on Bigger Pockets :wink:

Buy a hotel that is totally leveraged using both a commercial mortgage and private equity (or Venture Capital).

I couldn't even venture to guess what the new values should be for your market as compared to bubble values.

Rich,LOL :lol: - That's what I read too, and it sure is written there plain as day as you can see in the quote above.I'd safely venture to say that almost all humans would say this statement fits them too, if they're being honest that is.

I have the feeling it will be fairly involved (and ex$pensive) but my family will be a part of the venture and co-owners.

I don't want to venture too much out of my area of knowledge.
