Two of the most desired requirements of a property is the school district and proximity to shopping.

So a little different post but my family and I will likely relocate from SLC UT to the Knoxville area this summer and we need a place to live.We're looking for any recommendations for real estate agents or flippers with projects wrapping up around July/August.We'd like to be outside of Knoxville but near shopping, schools, etc.Thanks for any help or leads you might have!

Reach out to 10-20 experienced investors (multi & flippers) in your area and see if you can have coffee w/ them to exchange ideas.

Depending on the market you are shopping in, most agencies will split the commission, so it does not really matter to you from a financial perspective whether you purchase through your agent, or direct through the seller's agent.  

Is it too informal to ask the questions via email or is it better to do so over coffee like a regular job interview?
