I am getting to the point where I will soon be needing to pick a firm to hang my license with and I was wondering what suggestions you guys might have in completing that process?

There is nothing else to do until you get firm notice.We very rarely show occupied units/pre-lease.

If needed can the filing of both of these entities be handled with one law firm?

Now who will the selling agent likely help out - some agent from another firm or their buddy they just recommended over to you?

Personally i'm a firm believer that before reading RE books, they should read general finance and investing books to get a firm grasp on the fundamental concepts of money. 

Let them know that the price might be kinda high, but you are willing to take a look at the house and give your opinion.By the time you see the house, you have done your homework and can offer them a firm price.Usually as I am talking with them, I am looking up the house on the county appraisers office, google maps, and realtor dot com to see what market prices are in the area.

Most firms don't give precisely defined turnaround or milestone dates. 

A quick Google search for the top commercial / multifamily brokerages for the type of property you're after will bring up lists of the top firms.

It's going to vary firm to firm and based on what's included.

This is for anyone who bounces on this thread and thinks paying 1/2 or a full month to a professional PM firm to place a tenant is too much.
