LA to Houston Legal & Tax References

Hi,

Wanted to reach out to the bigger pockets team to see if anyone had references for a Real Estate attorney and or CPA who has experience working with Residential Real Estate Wholesalers virtually operating in Houston, TX while being based in Los Angeles, CA? If so we'd love to connect with them. The services we are looking for at the moment are...

  • Entity Formation
  • Drafting/Reviewing of Contracts (PSA's, Option Contracts & Assignment of Contract)

Questions

  • 1. Primary concern: Do you believe it is necessary to file a TX LLC and register it as a Foreign LLC in CA or vice versa?
  • 2. If needed can the filing of both of these entities be handled with one law firm?
  • 3. Quote for services

Regards,

Peter
