They would likely be independent contractors, ans as such, could make as much money as they could negotiate (just like now with the private insurance companies).Come on, guys...a little out of the box thinking can go a long way...just because you (or I) can't come up with a quick solution doesn't mean there aren't plenty of good ideas out there.

If the people are falling later on their payments and they can not pay the taxes on the property how much longer until they can not pay on the note.If they are a OO they should try to get a loan mod to save the property.

As a wholesaler you are attempting to sell YOUR interest in the property which is via a contract to purchase it.I would relay to you that most realtors are deeply ingrained with the idea that everything outside of their box is "illegal", and many times for a licensed real estate agent it very well may be.For non-agents, though, the laws aren't as thorough or detailed and many things that are "illegal" for a realtor are perfectly legal for a non-agent.

After opening up just about every switch, outlet and ceiling light in both rooms, I found melted and charred wires and wire nuts in the electrical box above one of the ceiling lights.Another tenant, in a four unit, calls and says "we've been hearing the sound of water running for three days."
