I answer to a boss and have a desk I sit in...I was at a point where i've nearly been fired for leaving work to visit a dieing relative in a hospital(quit that job shortly after).You might be feeling burned out with your current job but unless you have a good plan ahead of you it won't change that much.

Another option if you prefer working with someone locally is to visit a local REIA and see who local investors use as well. 

If you have not checked out the Cincinnati REIA, give them a visit. A

I recommend you visit as well.

I can contact my doctor or care team at any time and they will set up a phone or zoom visit as needed, arrange for imaging etc.

I'm interested in that area as a place I may want to visit a lot many years from now, but currently only manage 1-2x a year (I live in VT).

Visit a few and you will probably find one or two the you like the best.

Iy home is about an hour drive but I visit a few times a week because my House manager and I are a team  "walking the lines" since I want to be actively involved. 

I did go out and visit a couple of times, once when I first bought the house to walk through and make a rehab plan.
