I do not have much experience in real estate and I am hoping to find some usefull tips here.Thank you for allowing me to join your site, and I look forward to visiting with some of you veterans.

Talk with veteran real estate investors and they all will tell you that they have never seen a market so ripe for picking up great properties at great prices.

I would assume a good thing, since it gives people easier access to the inner city, but would love to hear from a seasoned veteran on this!

How do you seasoned veterans handle remote transactions?

They may center on what you do (such as Real Estate Bloggers) or how you serve (such as US Armed Forces and Veterans).

If you're just doing a directory type service I think your best model may be to offer free basic listings to build up content and traffic from tenants, then charge for extra stuff like 'featured listing', and photographs in the listing, etc.

Since we haven't purchased this way before, maybe some of you seasoned veterans can tell/explain the steps required for a successful offer/closing. your help would be greatly appreciated.Thanks a bunch and happy Investing!!
