Job In Real Estate
I'm planning on getting started in real estate as soon as i have enough for my first down payment. I want to concentrate solely in rental properties. My problem right now is i don't have a job yet to raise capital.
My question is, is it possible for me to get a job in some real estate company without having the cert for real estate agent? The reason is because i was thinking if i can work in an environment like that, i can probably learn a lot of valuable experiences.
I am still a college bound student who is questioning if college is the right thing for me. Not only do i learn a lot of unnecessary stuff, i waste a lot of time doing things that will not benefit me in the future. I find myself reading books on investment, real estate, etc. more than I do on the materials I need to read for my classes.
For the veterans, do you deem college as a necessary stepping stone for me?
