I've had some sellers come back after a few months and say I'd like to accept your last offer.Its not been 50% of the first time rejections however I heard one investor remark that 60% of his business comes from follow-up.Has that been the experience of other investors out there?

Even a no-frills brokerage has a remarkable amount of agent support and training, free conference room space, a 'virtual' office, and web site for a nomimal fee.So I'd categorize these expenses as meager, and easily recoverable for the entire year (or several years), with a SINGLE deal.
