How many NO's turn into YES?
I'm curious how many first time rejections from sellers turn into sales?
I've had some sellers come back after a few months and say I'd like to accept your last offer.
Its not been 50% of the first time rejections however I heard one investor remark that 60% of his business comes from follow-up.
Has that been the experience of other investors out there?
