so really I didn't care what it looked like after I left, because the immediate benefit to my personal finances and wealth happened while I was living there.Two years later we had an opportunity to move to another area of town that came up unexpectedly and at that point I ran the numbers and the rent appreciations made it easy for us to make that move.
