Does anyone have a referral to a rock star in this lending space?

An ounce of prevention with worth a pound of cure...or a 2 star review!

I just made 3 offers and got the third one for asking price before it even hit the MLS because my realtor is a rock star.

Their reason for departing is that they're buying a house but otherwise they have been rock star tenants.

I've contacted builders/developers for the first time as a wholesaler and I truly feel like a rock star already!!

I don't allow it if it is a back to back, but if the time is open and they are not asking for the moon, I do it. 5 star reviews for being a good host is more important to me.Other than a pet fee, I don't charge anything extra.

Also not a good idea to go advertising "luxury" because you're just inviting in a bunch of complainers that will complain it's not "luxury" enough. "3 stars the host didn't rub my feet."

Customer dissatisfaction leads to less than 5 star reviews, too many less than 5 star reviews means you won't rent very well - so if it gets to that level - whats the point.  

It's in pretty decent shape, but the complex that the condo is located in does not have the best reviews (3.2 stars), to be exact.

Real Star Property Management and Spradley properties are very popular in Temple, I have not personally used them.
