How many offers did you make before you closed your first deal?

Hey BP! I'm new to real estate investing and curious what I should be expecting when it comes to making offers. I'm looking to buy and hold SFRs as cash flow rentals. My goal is to purchase multiple properties this year using BRRRR. It would be really helpful to have some realistic expectations on the number of offers it might take before a deal actually happens. Thanks and good luck investing!

A common theme is somewhere between 1 in 7 to 1 in 10. It took me over 15. Just depends on what you are looking for and where. The details are not as important as the education that comes with the first. Good luck!
