@Will Barnard Haha yes you are correct, 25k buys you a fruit stand out here in Orange County if you're lucky.

Instead of looking for a mentor, you should be looking for more knowledge and a way to make yourself stand out.

Our goal was to make it stand out a little above the others in the same subdivision but not so far as to overprice.
