New member here, my name is Holly. I work as an admin assist for a real estate investment company doing high-end flips and renovated rentals.

I also own my own duplex.

I'm looking to expand my knowledge on all things real estate to maximize profits for the company I work for and open up opportunities for my own investment opportunities. I enjoy creating workable and utilitarian spaces from neglected spaces. I property manage and bookkeep for both my company and I. Creating and streamlining management and analysis systems is also an interest of mine. Glad to be a part of BP!

Welcome indeed. Glad to see that you're reaching out to outside resources in increase your knowledge.

I'm in the Fargo/Moorhead area up north. If you're interested in anything up this way I'd love to be that helping hand for you.

Make sure to attend some of the meetups in the area. There are a number in the cities that stand out very well. I know I'd love to go to them but its a 4 hour drive for me one way so I can't do it too often.
