Second, there is sewer line insurance that the buyer can purchase (literally only a few dollars per month) which they can sign up for if/when the line fails, and if/when it needs replaced.

If your home is newer, requires little maintenance, and doesn't experience a vacancy for at least 12 months, your $300 cash flow can build up a tidy reserve to get you through.

I don't know any builders here, so I am wondering a few things: - Does anyone have a builder that would be interested in doing a single infill project (there is another infill lot going up on the street, might try and connect with them) - I am in between paying for it myself with cash during construction (maybe the home will cost 150-200k to build?)

If you are then this probably would not be too crazy to get it up and running with some work.

We pay $55 per month for Wife and each cam was $220x4-There is also cloud recording(up to 10 cams) for $9 per month. 

In this low-inventory environment, the right renovation loan can open up possibilities that you might have passed by otherwise.
