Hi everyone!

My name is Enyo Kim. I'm a casual and novice real estate investor. I have one rental property in San Marcos, CA (North County San Diego), which was my primary residence for several years before I moved to Orange County. I'm looking for ways to invest in up-and-coming markets in Southern California, such as in San Bernardino County and Riverside County. Cash flow is difficult here in California, and so I'm looking for opportunities that have strong appreciation and long-term growth opportunities with strong tenant bases to complement my long-term investment strategy.
