Instead of jumping in which would be good, I stayed sideline until the summer 2015 when I purchased our first condo for rent.

I'm actually more focused on the learning aspect at this point, I've been studying/researching actually for years now, kinda just sitting on the side lines.

Everyone is basically sitting on the sidelines while the rest of us are building portfolios that will be worth millions in 15-years...We just did an 11-yr market analysis and the sky is the limit...its the perfect time to buy...

This past weekend at Deal Maker Live in Dallas, Ryan McKenna put it best: "as a passive investor, lets just say I decided to sit on the sideline.

The average BP investor will get stuck watching on the sidelines while the vets and cash cows purchase everything they see at a discount price.  

I would take a break and hold cash, if the bottom falls out of the market you want to be the person sitting on the sidelines with cash, not trying to unload a flip that is backed by a HML.Just because it worked yesterday doesn't mean it will work tomorrow.  

Sit on the sidelines and wish you were apart of the game...

If you try to time the real estate market you will be sitting on the sidelines forever. 

im a little bit worried but very happy i never drove down there to look at the 12000$ row houses i saw for sale a year ago when i was poking around jersey CL....I am all for a peaceful protest but i know in nyc many peaceful protests go on to block traffic in midtown manhattan and close down bridges while the police look on and stand on the side lines like a bunch of trained miniature poodles....
