A New Comer

Hi everyone, 

My name is Lina Li and a "newbie" in real estate investment. I put newbie in quotation marks because in a sense I not really a newbie. 

My real estate investment idea started in 2007 and I even went an extra mile --got my realtor license the following year. Then the housing mark crashed. Instead of jumping in which would be good, I stayed sideline until the summer 2015 when I purchased our first condo for rent. By the way, I did not renew my realtor's license and right now I am kind of regretted. 

I am interested in purchasing Condos for rentals in the areas of Elgin, Streamwood, Hoffman Estate, Schaumburg in Illinois.

My goal is to buy 10~20 or more rentals in 5 years for my retirement. I am very glad that I found Bigger Packet Community so I can learn from here.
