I live in the area and the small towns on the West side (of the Wyoming Valley) and South of W-B have been good for me over the past year. 

I’m currently working some deal in the Phoenix valley where there are acute shortages of hangars.

So I recently sent out some marketing pieces to all of the Antelope Valley.
