Hello everyone! 

I am new to BP and looking to grow and make connections in REI. I have been reading up on the posts and materials on here and have enjoyed the new information. A little about me, I was born, raised and still reside inSan Diego CA. I currently work as a Firefighter as my primary job. I started my REI with a house hack in 2016. I purchased a duplex, renovated and rented one side while living in the back unit for a few years. since then I have moved out and rented both sides while renting a house for less. I am now looking to purchase a second home or duplex as a second investment. I am interested in the creative finance ideas and finding off market deals for my future deals. if anyone has any advise for someone in my position I would love to hear from you.
