I am pretty proficient with Excel and have used VBAs in the past to expedite long repetitive tasks.

To avoid repetitive maintenance type calls for little things, we've added a line in the lease that states the tenant pays the first $50 or $100 dollars of a repair.

My repetitive post is with this subject.Sorry, but start out at the beginning of real estate, not in trying to just jump into some niche.I also don't understand why folks think they can start and run a business without any business knowledge or training, as if being a consumer all your life gives you greater insight to run a business.

Hey Mitch Messer , I honestly think I need more repetition.

It is a very thorough program and uses repetition to help you memorize all you need to know. 

I am looking to get into it myself, i've started working my first job out of college and its not for me, I cant stand working for other people, the repetitive schedule is driving me crazy, same routine every day!.
