Hi BP! My name is Lance and I'm looking to jump into the world of REI. I currently work as an analyst in the Finance industry, but obviously the system is not designed for me to build wealth this way.. After learning about real estate investing I instantly became fascinated with all the different avenues there are to explore. Due to lack of starting capital and no real estate experience , I'm looking to get started wholesaling. I'd like to eventually parlay this into buying a "house hack" which I hope to transition into my first rental property. So far I've done a lot of driving for dollars and purchased a local list of residents with code violations to target with my yellow letters. I'm ultimately looking to learn as much as I can in the field, network with other investors, and start on the path to building wealth and gaining financial freedom!
