eh im running into not knowing which direction i want to head in rehab or wholesale i see the profits in rehab but wholesaling is such a quicker end to a means of money to start keeping money for investing in other businesses.

the quicker you can screw your head on straight and realize that life isn't about drinking, partying, getting laid and listening to useless dribble on TV and trying to fit in with the next fad - the better off you'll be.when you realize that by the age of 35, if you work hard, manage your money, MIND YOUR BUSINESS and TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE - you can be doing things that are magnificant for yourself, your family and your community - that's POWER.

Most customers can only afford $500 per month on lot and home payment and when you have a lot of room between that $500 and the lot rent you are able to sell and get paid back quicker.

I had the same concept of investing for the start out, living in a 4plex for one year while renting the other units out and then doing it again with another 4plex all under a FHA loan but know I'm working towards Wholesaling and making quicker cash to fund my Long Term Investing Goals.
